GenSpring Properties is a small, family-run rental company based right here in Clayton. We own and manage a handful of homes ourselves - not as a big corporation halfway across the country. Just us.

We started GenSpring with a long-term mindset. We’re not trying to flip houses or squeeze every last dollar from rent. We believe good housing can be the foundation of a better life - for tenants and for families like ours who take pride in providing it.

Over the years, we've built strong relationships with tenants who respect the homes they live in and communicate openly. In return, we’ve offered fair rent, stability, and the kind of responsiveness you can only get from someone who actually cares.
